Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products:

- We offer replacements or refunds only in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors made by Tiny Things.

- Customers must contact us at hello@tinythings37.com within 14 days of delivery with a detailed description and photos of the issue.

Refunds or replacements will be issued at the sole discretion of Tiny Things.

We are not responsible for customer errors such as submitting the wrong image or incorrect shipping information.
